I have learned a lot through my career and life.  I have learned that we have far more potential than we realize, and that we are worthy and deserving of living happy, healthy lives. 

Besides my private practice, I have also led and collaborated on a number of workshops and classes on a variety of subjects including Healing, Prevention, Forgiveness, Meditation, living a less toxic lifestyle, and Communication.
