Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is based on the idea that your thoughts and beliefs effect your feelings and behaviors, rather then external events, people or situations.  The benefit to this belief is knowing that you have power over how you think about any given situation.  This approach has become highly popular for its effective and relatively fast results. 

Emotional Transformational Therapy is a therapeutic method incorporating the use of light, color wavelengths, and eye movements, which aims to rapidly transform emotional distress and related physical pain into a positive emtional state.

Body Centered Therapy integrates talk therapy with techniques that bring your body into counseling as a therapeutic resource.  Your body holds valuable knowledge to your condition as it carries physical and emotional stressors that you may not be aware of.  By turning to the body during therapy, you are able to work through issues and develop a better connection with your body.

Relaxation Techniques can include any number of ideas such as Mindfulness and Biofeedback to progressive relaxation techniques.  All of these techniques have a few things in common, they decrease stress, help manage pain, and assist you in gaining a greater sense of self empowerment.
